About The Position

The Inventory Specialist role at Koons Westminster Toyota focuses on contributing to an exceptional guest experience by supporting team members who directly serve guests. This involves being highly responsive to requests for information or assistance. The role emphasizes that wowing guests is a responsibility for every team member, regardless of direct guest interaction. The position requires treating all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. A professional appearance and adherence to the dealership dress code are also expected. This role is crucial for maintaining the accurate accounting of all vehicles on dealership property.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accounting of all vehicles on dealership property.
  • Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice and barcodes vehicles.
  • Catalogs and stores keys.
  • Assigns stock control numbers to vehicles.
  • Runs reports to identify location of vehicles.
  • Setup auction lineup on a weekly basis as needed.
  • Protects dealership and customer information.
  • Assists with clerical duties as requested and any other duties assigned.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Maintains good relationships with department and dealership personnel.
  • Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.
  • Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures.
