About The Position

This position is responsible for performing audits of client inventories, storage site inspections and inventory closeouts. The duties may include conducting audits of client inventories at client specified storage sites, finalizing necessary reconciliations, and completing required documentation in accordance with Company and Client business rules. The role requires timely completion of all assignments, submission of status changes using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS), and review of instructions and forms prior to audits to ensure quality service levels. Ensuring assignments are scheduled within Client expectations and timelines, and communicating with client representatives and AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone are also key aspects of the role. Additional responsibilities include utilizing a smartphone to update AIMS and complete assignments, following all department and company policies and procedures, striving to exceed client needs, and communicating clearly and professionally.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Must have mobile electronic device.
  • Must have transportation to audit sites.
  • If driving a motor vehicle, must have valid driver’s license with records that satisfy Company standards as well as current motor vehicle insurance.

  • Pharmaceutical industry and/ or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
