This primarily remote role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth product flow across the organization. Requirements

  • 0–2 years in inventory management, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with MAS Business processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Understanding of purchasing procedures and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track stock levels to ensure availability while avoiding overstock.
  • Assist with purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory replenishment.
  • Communicate with suppliers to place orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve procurement issues.
  • Review inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate findings as needed.
  • Uphold company standards and procedures to ensure operational consistency.
  • Provide inventory and fulfillment support to internal teams, enabling smooth operations across departments.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to support inventory handling and logistics.
