About The Position

The Inventory Specialist performs daily cycle counts and maintains the RMA inbound and damage/hold areas. The role is responsible for protecting the accuracy, integrity, and salability of client inventory while following standard operating procedures and meeting physical inventory or cycle count accuracy expectations. The position requires safely and efficiently operating appropriate power equipment and radio frequency equipment, inspecting equipment, and reporting issues to maintenance. Employees are expected to meet company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Previous stand-up forklift or reach truck certification is required.
Must have a high energy level and be willing and eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and quality and productivity goals.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or voice systems.

Responsibilities

Protect the accuracy, integrity, and salability of client inventory; follow standard operating procedures and meet physical inventory or cycle count accuracy expectations.
Perform daily cycle counts and count requests, and manage RMA, inbound, and hold areas.
Safely and efficiently operate appropriate power equipment, including forklifts, stand-up equipment, and walkie-riders, using prescribed work methods; utilize radio frequency equipment.
Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance.
Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
