About The Position

TurfCasa is hiring an Inventory Records Assistant for a U.S.-based remote role supporting its office in Lakeway, Texas. The position coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams and focuses on keeping inventory records aligned with confirmed updates. It does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. Employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

The primary opening is full-time, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $19.25–$22.50 per hour; starting pay within that range depends on relevant skills and experience. Full-time employees receive 10 days of accrued paid time off and six paid holidays; part-time paid time off is prorated. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance where practical. A pay review occurs after 90 days, but a raise is not guaranteed. Employee product discounts are subject to approved product margins. Benefits are administered under applicable company policies and eligibility terms.

Requirements

• Comfort with spreadsheets and consistent recordkeeping.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates, and following approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Enter authorized inventory adjustments and team-reported stock movements.
• Compare records with on-site count results and flag mismatches for review.
• Maintain item information and communicate confirmed stock updates to relevant teams.
