About The Position

Darigold is seeking an Inventory Parts Clerk responsible for physically receiving parts into the plant, verifying shipments to packing slips, managing purchase orders, and verifying the correct inventory is on the shelf. As a member of the Pasco team, the Inventory Clerk will be a partner in Engineering Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Physically receive parts into the plant, verifying bill of lading and signing for all packages, and performing Oracle receiving.
  • Open packages, verify packing slips against shipped parts, match part numbers, verify quantities, and notify the plant buyer of any discrepancies. Fill out a missing receipt affidavit if no packing slip is present and ensure parts are received into EAM and Oracle the same day they are physically received.
  • Match packing slips to printed 11i purchase orders, circle received items, and provide the updated PO to the buyer. Look up the 11i PO number and corresponding EAM PO in the EAM system and approve the EAM PO. Create a PO Receipt for delivered and verified parts, ensuring all parts are received into the system the day they arrive.
  • Put inventory parts on the shelf according to the bin location that corresponds to the part. This will be done daily.
  • Pick orders for PM's and build kits for PM's.
  • Distribute W/O parts to the mechanic shelf, placing parts on the kitted shelf with a note including the work order number. Contact the buyer or planner scheduler for assigned to information if not available on the open PO report.
  • Perform physical inventories weekly, quarterly, and annually as per corporate mandates. Utilize SOP for critical spares physical inventory, print a physical inventory discrepancy report, and present it to the Maintenance Manager for signature. Critical spares inventory is done twice per year. Monitor Min/Max levels for ordering.
  • Maintain and organize the parts room, keeping it clean and well-maintained.
  • Complete RMA sheets for materials returned or sent for repair.
  • Ship out materials as needed.
  • Aid in sending new parts to be created in EAM.
  • Assist maintenance with parts look up.
  • 5S the area where parts are stored.
  • Create 7I numbers and create and maintain bins.
  • Adjust Min and Max as needed for inventory.
  • Assist with quotes and vendors.
  • Keep EAM clean with parts assigned.
