The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Spare Parts Inventory Clerk.

Requirements

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
Working knowledge of inventory control principles, material handling, and warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification.
Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule material replenishment based on inventory levels, equipment requirements, and demand forecasts.
Generate material purchase requisitions to maintain appropriate inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
Routinely inspect inventory levels to identify critical shortages, excess inventory, obsolete materials, and opportunities for inventory optimization.
Support preventive maintenance programs by ensuring required spare parts are available prior to scheduled maintenance activities.
Conduct routine cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control processes.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering regarding new equipment spare parts, recommended stocking levels, and inventory standardization.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all inventory adjustments, receipts, issues, and transfers.
Monitor shelf life, expiration dates, and condition of inventory to ensure material quality and usability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, warehouse efficiency, and equipment reliability.
Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.
