About The Position

Join MFC’s dynamic team as an Items Analyst at the Arizona Support Center (ASC) in Gilbert, AZ. This role supports the APACHE MTADS program, interfacing daily with USG Program Sustainment and Repair Operations teams. You'll play a critical part in managing supply chain and general office operations, contributing to mission-critical programs and growing your career in an environment that values initiative and expertise.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years operating forklifts and pallet stackers
  • Minimum 3-5 years warehouse experience
  • At least 3-5 years box truck operation (non-CDL, 40 lbs lift gate)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience packaging items to commercial and military standards
  • Shipping/receiving warehouse operations background
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army supply operations and regulations
  • Prior military experience
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities to meet program metrics
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Process induction and closure of TADS/M-TADS assets for repair at offsite Depots/Suppliers
  • Manage hardware requests to support repairs at various locations
  • Oversee kit deliveries, coordinating with Production and Data Management to meet fielding schedules
  • Handle disposition of obsolete/unrepairable assets for scrap or excess
  • Supervise general office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow
  • Produce reports, draft correspondence, and assist in contract creation
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication
