About The Position

The Inventory Manager at Aritzia leads and educates the store’s Inventory team on the movement of merchandise into and out of the store, while supporting seamless operations throughout the retail space. The role contributes to curating the merchandise assortment and strategically presenting products to create exceptional shopping experiences. It also supports business objectives and the employee experience by managing the day-to-day performance of the team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centres, between stores, and to clients.
• Strategically place product in the back room, distribute product evenly, and maintain optimal stock quantities.
• Uphold product-display standards by ensuring the right products are in the right places and at the right stock levels, in accordance with the merchandising placement plan.
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support retail-space operations, including window installations, fitting room operations, supplies and equipment management, and technology support.
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the Inventory team to support business objectives, career development, and the employee experience.
