About The Position

The Inventory Management Coordinator supports day-to-day inventory control tasks at Love’s. The role receives shipments, maintains accurate inventory records, and ensures products are properly stocked and organized. It is suited to a dependable person who is comfortable using inventory software and attentive to accuracy, helping keep store operations running smoothly.

The coordinator oversees inventory processes, works with vendors and suppliers, maintains records and investigates discrepancies, and supports store leadership with daily operations. The role also helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace and trains team members in inventory procedures, product rotation, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail when tracking, counting, and reporting inventory.
• Ability to work independently and follow established inventory protocols.
• Comfort using computers for inventory tracking, reporting, and internal communication.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and basic supply chain procedures.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer programs and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, outgoing shipments, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on timely deliveries, returns, and inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using store systems and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, task execution, safety practices, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Train team members on inventory procedures, product rotation (FIFO), and loss prevention practices.
