About The Position

The Inventory Management Coordinator supports day-to-day inventory control at Love’s. The role involves receiving shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are properly stocked and organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable using inventory software, and attentive to accuracy.

The coordinator oversees inventory processes and works with vendors and suppliers to support timely deliveries, returns, and effective inventory flow. The role also supports store leadership with daily operations, reporting, task execution, safety practices, and cash handling. The coordinator helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and trains team members on inventory procedures, FIFO product rotation, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail in tracking, counting, and reporting inventory.
• Ability to work independently and follow established inventory protocols.
• Comfort using computers for inventory tracking, reporting, and internal communication.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and basic supply chain procedures.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer programs and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, outgoing shipments, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits, to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding timely deliveries, returns, and effective inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using store systems and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, task execution, safety practices, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Train team members on inventory procedures, FIFO product rotation, and loss prevention practices.
