About The Position

The Inventory Management Coordinator supports day-to-day inventory control at Love’s. The role is responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are properly stocked and organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable using inventory software, and attentive to accuracy. The position also supports store operations and helps keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail when tracking, counting, and reporting inventory.
• Ability to work independently and follow established inventory protocols.
• Comfort using computers for inventory tracking, reporting, and internal communication.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and basic supply chain procedures.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer programs and technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory processes, including receiving and outgoing shipments, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits, to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding timely deliveries, returns, and inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using store systems; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, task execution, safety practices, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Train team members on inventory procedures, FIFO product rotation, and loss prevention practices.
