About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator ensures inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and monitoring adherence to inventory schedules and protocols. The role supports accurate and timely inventory management by maintaining organized warehouse operations and working with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to help ensure materials are available for production. The position also involves operating a forklift to pull work orders, move and transfer inventory, and assist with physical inventory processes.

Responsibilities

Follow established cycle count plans and complete counting activities on schedule.
Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliation and data integrity.
Prepare and submit inventory reports covering accuracy, schedule adherence, and necessary adjustments.
Make system inventory adjustments based on physical counts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations to support production material availability.
Investigate reconciliation discrepancies and document findings and corrective actions.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust inventory as needed in collaboration with production, warehouse personnel, and procurement teams.
Manage product traceability and accurately document and log materials used in batching.
Run expiry reports and move expired materials to the Reject Cage for retesting or processing as IDRs.
Operate forklifts safely to pull work orders, move and transfer inventory, and support physical inventory processes.
Assist with physical movement and handling of inventory and warehouse items.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to support inventory flow and accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
