About The Position

This full-time, entry-level team member position supports store operations by stocking shelves and preparing the store for the day ahead. The role involves a range of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising, with a focus on organized, accurate, and efficient product placement and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The position generally begins at 4 AM and requires weekend and holiday work.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful customer interactions when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
Provide remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
