Full-Time Inventory Coordinator

About The Position

This full-time, entry-level retail position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves stocking food and grocery products, moving merchandise to shelf locations, managing backstock and waste, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized store. The shift generally begins at 4 AM, and weekends and holidays are required. The job description also identifies the work as overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
Availability for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
