About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator - Lot Attendant manages 1,000–1,500 vehicles year-round. The role includes checking in vehicles and reviewing and verifying their condition, coordinating parking to maximize space, and cleaning and detailing vehicles for sale. The position requires working in all types of weather and being able to bend, kneel, walk, or stand for extended periods. The schedule is 40 hours plus overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage an inventory of 1,000–1,500 vehicles year-round.
• Complete the vehicle check-in process, reviewing and verifying vehicle conditions.
• Coordinate parking to maximize space.
• Ensure valet attendants follow company rules and regulations, safety policies, and loss-prevention policies.
• Clean and detail vehicles for sale.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, work with urgency, and pay attention to detail.
