About The Position
The Inventory Coordinator (Lot Attendant) manages a year-round inventory of 1,000–1,500 vehicles. The role includes checking in vehicles and verifying their condition, coordinating parking to maximize space, and cleaning and detailing vehicles for sale. The position also ensures valet attendants follow company rules and regulations, safety requirements, and loss-prevention policies. Work involves at least 40 hours per week plus overtime, in all weather conditions, and requires extended periods of standing or walking as well as bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities
- Manage a year-round inventory of 1,000–1,500 vehicles.
- Complete vehicle check-in by reviewing and verifying vehicle conditions.
- Coordinate parking to maximize space.
- Ensure valet attendants follow company rules and regulations, safety policies, and loss-prevention policies.
- Clean and detail vehicles for sale.
- Prioritize multiple tasks, complete projects with a sense of urgency, and maintain attention to detail.
