Requirements

  • 2+ years in inventory, warehouse, materials planning, or supply chain
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, reconciliation, warehouse transactions, and control practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with ERP, inventory, or warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field
  • ERP/SAP experience
  • CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records
  • Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Support production material availability
  • Reconcile inventory post-production
  • Monitor variances, obsolescence, and exceptions
  • Identify improvements for accuracy and material flow
  • Maintain records and reports
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, planning, receiving, and quality teams
  • Follow safety, quality, compliance, and control standards
