About The Position

This role is responsible for evaluating product specifications against customer requirements, setting quality assurance compliance objectives, and executing tests and procedures. The position involves maintaining documentation, generating reports, and managing inventory in bulk and piece pick warehouses. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory integrity through audits, optimizing product movement for shipping, maintaining product identification, researching and reconciling discrepancies, and tracking non-conforming or damaged product. The role also requires maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Microsoft Excel experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the field
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Willing to work in tight spaces in relatively hot environment
Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software
Able to lift 35 lbs

Responsibilities

Evaluating the company's product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
Setting quality assurance compliance objectives to achieve the targets.
Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications.
Engaging in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials.
Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures. Generate report to other departments.
Assisting in the management of inventory in bulk and piece pick warehouses.
Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity through performance of physical count audits and adjustments.
Movement of product in warehouse to optimize the shipping process.
Maintain product identification and location program.
Conduct research on inventory discrepancies and execute appropriate steps to reconcile them.
Complete physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
Track and report non-conforming product.
Resolve inventory problems and document damaged product in a timely manner.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
