About The Position

Allegiance Industries is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for a manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift, from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role includes on-the-job training and focuses on supporting facility upkeep and production-line operations while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates should be willing to go beyond minimum requirements and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Basic experience in facility maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety and equipment operations.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance, including minor repairs and routine inspections of facility equipment and systems.
• Handle general facility upkeep, including painting, moving furniture, and minor building repairs.
• Support the production line by helping machinery run efficiently and addressing minor issues.
• Follow safety protocols, remove debris, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and project timelines, and complete work orders.
• Follow written instructions and keep records.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
