About The Position

The focus of this position is inventory control, including shipping, receiving, finished goods receipt, and job kitting. Employees may not be trained in all activities, and responsibilities differ based on position level. The role controls inventory and performs shipping and receiving activities. Training may be provided on the job at Triad based on demonstrated aptitude and competency; a combination of skills, past experience, and/or education may be used to meet the required skills.

Requirements

Computer literacy.
Ability to read and write English.
Email and telephone communication skills.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
A combination of skills, past experience, and/or education may be used to meet the required skills; on-the-job training at Triad may also count based on demonstrated aptitude and competency.

Familiarity with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Monitor the Inventory workcenter report to assess workload and set the daily schedule.
Maintain inventory count accuracy for unassigned material, kitted material, and finished goods using established processes, procedures, and the ERP system.
Accurately label and identify material during receiving and identify non-conformances for escalation.
Create kitting issue/picklists for Inventory personnel and assist with job kitting as the schedule requires.
Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness.
Fulfill internal customers’ requests for consumable materials.
Review the Available to Ship report daily to identify late, due, and early shipment demands.
Pull, audit, and prepare shipments according to industry and customer requirements.
Complete daily shipping requirements using various carrier providers.
Create shipment paperwork and record daily outputs.
