Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
One year of relevant job experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
Extensive knowledge of WMS system and use in all formats.
Must be detail-oriented and able to lead and motivate team to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

Direct the completion of all daily inventory control tasks on a specific shift.
Perform Manager/Supervisor duties during absence, including balancing on-hand (BOH) syncs, attending weekly meetings, and Mgr/Spvr reporting signoffs.
Ensure all documents are completed and filed according to inventory control policy.
Align inventory control tasks to staff.
Perform all aspects of training Inventory control associates.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
