About The Position

OneSource Distributors is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator II to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaged goods, and finished products. The position involves daily cycle counting, utilizing warehouse equipment, operating RF scanners, and managing inventory data within the Eclipse ERP system. The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and work within a warehouse environment. Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Minimum of five (5) years of electrical distribution or electrical wholesale experience
• Knowledge of inventory system (Eclipse ERP experience preferred)
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• Eclipse ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Cycle count raw materials, packaged materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis
• Utilize manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
• Operate RF scanners and other hand-held devices
• Use Eclipse to confirm quantities of materials
• Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts search to locate misclassified inventory
• Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision
• Publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics
• Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
• Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE
• Uphold all quality and safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned
