About The Position

Hilco Vision is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for its Fairfield, Ohio facility. The role conducts inventory put-aways, transfers items between bin locations, and performs cycle counts. The position works from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is paid weekly. The role also involves reviewing inventory reports, maintaining accurate system records, organizing inventory locations, and supporting other duties as needed based on demand.

Have knowledge of inventory control and basic distribution center operations.
Have experience operating a Cherry Picker.
Be able to read inventory reports and perform basic math calculations.
Be comfortable using a ladder.
Be able to lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
Be able to use a computer with MS Windows systems and web-based applications.
Read, write, speak, and understand English, and understand basic math.

Responsibilities

Review inventory reports and perform calculations to count items in pick bins or cases on pallets.
Confirm inventory accuracy during cycle counting and notify management of potential discrepancies.
Print inventory reports using the M3 ERP system or picklists using the Softeon WMS.
Enter or adjust quantities and perform system moves in M3 or Softeon using a laptop or desktop computer.
Organize inventory locations according to product demand, quantity, and size.
Conduct put-aways and transfer items between bin locations.
Perform other duties depending on demand.
