About The Position

Hilco Vision is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join its team at its facility in Fairfield, Ohio. The role involves conducting put-aways, transferring items between bin locations, and performing cycle counts. The position works from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is paid weekly.

Have knowledge of inventory control and basic distribution center operations.
Have experience operating a Cherry Picker.
Be able to read inventory reports and perform basic math calculations.
Be comfortable using a ladder.
Be capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
Be able to use a computer with MS Windows systems and web-based applications.
Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and understand basic math.

Responsibilities

Review inventory reports for each location and perform basic calculations to count items in pick bins or cases on pallets.
Confirm inventory accuracy during cycle counts and notify management of potential discrepancies.
Print inventory reports using the M3 ERP system or picklists using the Softeon WMS.
Perform system moves in M3 or Softeon using a laptop or desktop computer to enter or adjust quantities.
Organize inventory locations based on product demand, quantity, and size.
Conduct put-aways and transfer items between bin locations.
Perform other duties as demand requires.
