About The Position

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for accurately tracking cannabis plants and products in METRC throughout cultivation, harvest, laboratory, processing, and packaging transitions. The role also includes updating plant status records weekly and completing and verifying monthly inventory data. The position calls for strong attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence, while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Track all plant cuttings accurately in METRC.
• Tag plants as they transition into the Veg stage and from Veg to Flower.
• Track harvested product in METRC before it transitions to Processing.
• Ensure products are properly tagged and accounted for during transitions from harvest to Lab and from Lab to packaging.
• Update METRC records weekly to reflect plant status changes.
• Complete and verify monthly inventory data.
