About The Position

Coke Florida is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant based at its Hollywood location. The role is responsible for daily warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation, including counting full goods and raw materials, researching discrepancies, and reconciling inventory in the SAP computer system. The schedule is 2:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Prior auditing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory daily.
• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily, manually or using a handheld scanner.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
• Identify and report close-dated product.
