As an Inventory Clerk in the Accounting Department at SAC MIM, you will be responsible for posting vehicle inventory in and out of the accounting system and accurately scanning and filing documents. This role involves recording vehicle purchases, wholesales, and dealer trades, learning and understanding accounting entries, and paying off floorplan units daily as needed. You will also reconcile inventory against physical records, research and follow up on variances, and book in and out the loaner fleet. Additionally, you will scan files and documents for multiple departments using a separate scanning tool. The work is performed in an office environment, and evenings and/or occasional Saturdays may be required during end-of-month processing.
