About The Position
It is an exciting time to join our accounting team! Morgan Auto Group is seeking a quality Accounting Clerk to join our growing team at our Coconut Creek location in Florida. Pay range depending on experience! This is not a remote position.
Requirements
- Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
- Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers
Nice To Haves
- Automotive software experience helpful
- Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
Responsibilities
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing product payments as needed with vendors (ex safe-guard)
- Process cancellations and submissions with each product vendor
- Post product vendor payment statements in DMS
- Post daily manufacturer product invoices
- Maintain related schedules making notes as needed
