About The Position
We have an opening for an experienced Multi-Franchise Automotive Controller to join our SAC Lutz location accounting team. The Controller is a partner to the store's General Manager and store(s) department leaders, ensuring company processes are followed, including overseeing expense control. The controller leads their accounting staff daily by continually training, mentoring, and inspecting the day-to-day operations. This role is also a direct contact with internal and external Auditors. The candidate will adhere to Manufacturers, dealer, and lender requirements, as well as government (state) agencies and FL DMV.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum Automotive Controller Experience required.

- Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful.
Responsibilities
- Follow proper GAAP accounting guidelines ensuring accurate and timely financial results monthly to MFR and Executive Leadership Staff.
- Oversee expense control.
- Lead accounting staff daily by continually training, mentoring, and inspecting day-to-day operations.
- Serve as a direct contact with internal and external Auditors.
- Adhere to Manufacturers, dealer, and lender requirements, as well as government (state) agencies and FL DMV.
