About The Position

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for timely, accurate, and compliant processing of materials and documentation within the warehouse management system. The role supports inventory processes by maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards.

The position is based in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels. It involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift, and lifting up to 33 pounds as needed. Personal Protective Equipment is required on the shop floor, where employees may be exposed to moving equipment and operational warehouse conditions.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and report building.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and quality procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 33 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment while on the shop floor.

• Previous experience in a quality, clerical, or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures.
• Process inventory counts accurately and on time according to company standards.
• Maintain, organize, file, and archive required documentation and records.
• Verify data accuracy and support inventory processes in assigned areas.
• Report deviations, discrepancies, and damages immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required.
• Support inventory processes, including year-end inventory activities.
