About The Position

The Inventory Associate is responsible for inventory accuracy and provides additional customer service support at a POOLCORP sales center in Jacksonville, Florida. The role includes stocking products, shipping and receiving, inventory counts, maintaining the sales center and warehouse, and preparing month-end reports. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The position is safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background verifications for external candidates.

Requirements

Good organization and time management skills.
Basic computer skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Must possess or obtain forklift certification.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

Stock incoming product accurately and on time, and complete related paperwork and reporting.
Perform shipping and receiving functions using UPS and/or other commercial carriers and internal company transfers.
Perform daily and weekly cycle counts.
Help maintain the appearance of the sales center and warehouse.
Manage month-end reports, including unavailable, non-stock, and warehouse transfer reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide additional customer service support.
