About The Position

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells the items individually to the public through online auctions. The Inventory Associate ensures that products are accounted for, either on warehouse shelves or as picked up by customers. This position reports to the Removal Team Lead. It is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position requiring on-site availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with eight-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch break.

Requirements

Available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in eight-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.
Able to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift.
Able to follow written directions and company policies.
Tech-savvy.
Highly organized.
Detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Scan daily all purchased products still on shelves, in order of auction close date.
Ensure products are situated on the correct shelves.
Ensure all items are properly in the warehouse or scanned as picked up by the customer.
Review the missing product list and search for missing items.
Escalate products that remain missing to the general manager.
Organize and neaten products for easy retrieval, with barcodes visible on the outside and products stacked safely.
Use the inventory check interface dashboard proficiently.
Know how auction items are categorized on the shelves, including auction and lot numbers.
Help with removal when workload dictates.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
