About The Position

The K-8th Interventionist works with students at Bais Yaakov Elementary and Ohr Chadash Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves differentiating instruction to meet student needs, engaging students in their learning, tracking academic progress, and supporting students as an advocate, mentor, and guide. The position offers scheduling and one-to-one or small-group instruction suited to educators who are new, experienced, or returning to the profession. Catapult Learning provides training, coaching, instructional resources, and professional development support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid Maryland teaching license.
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

• Customize and deliver lessons, using data to meet student needs.
• Foster student ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
• Participate in training, coaching, and feedback to grow professionally.
• Maintain accurate student and academic records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
