Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join its practice in Key West, Florida, supporting Lower Keys Medical Center. The role has an approximate 50% Interventional Radiology and 50% Diagnostic Radiology clinical mix, depending on practice needs. Procedures include paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, port placement, fluoroscopy, cholangiograms, joint injections, and lumbar punctures. Breast imaging and procedures are a plus but are not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend coverage for partnership-track physicians. No IR call or night coverage is required. The position offers partnership-track opportunities and an internal moonlighting program that allows radiologists to earn additional income from home without committing to regular extra shifts. Lower Keys Medical Center is a 167-bed, full-service acute care hospital serving the Florida Keys below the Seven Mile Bridge. RAF describes itself as a leading, quality-oriented radiology practice serving health systems across Florida. Its resources include universal PACS, AI tools, and integrated physician communication widgets. The practice is locally and democratically led and supports teaching and resident rotations through medical school and residency programs. Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology. Candidates must be board eligible or certified in Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology and have, or be able to obtain, a Florida medical license. The listed salary range is $500,000–$1,000,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; final compensation may depend on factors including education, experience, certifications, and location.
