Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to support Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West, Florida. The role has a clinical mix averaging approximately 50% Interventional Radiology and 50% Diagnostic Radiology, depending on practice needs. Interventional procedures include paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, port placement, fluoroscopy, cholangiograms, joint injections, and lumbar punctures. Breast imaging and procedures experience is a plus but not required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend coverage for partnership-track physicians. No IR call or night coverage is required. The position offers partnership-track opportunities and an internal moonlighting program that allows radiologists to earn additional income from home without committing to regular extra shifts. RAF describes itself as a leading, quality-oriented radiology practice serving health systems across Florida. The practice supports subspecialty-level interpretations and collaboration among radiologists, with universal PACS, AI tools, and integrated physician communication tools. It is locally and democratically led and participates in medical education with the University of South Florida and Florida State University. The position is based at Lower Keys Medical Center, a 167-bed, full-service acute care hospital serving the Florida Keys below the Seven Mile Bridge. The salary range is $500,000–$1,000,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
