About The Position

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a full-time, board-certified Interventional Radiologist to launch and lead a dedicated interventional radiology service line within an established, physician-led cardiovascular practice in Florida. The role is based in Miami or Orlando and provides 100% outpatient procedural care at a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Office Based Lab (OBL). The position is designed for a physician seeking predictable scheduling and procedural work outside a traditional hospital shift environment, with opportunities for partnership and equity. The physician will work with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Existing procedural demand and referral relationships support the service line, while APPs assist with care coordination and follow-ups. The physician will help develop and expand the practice’s outpatient interventional radiology offerings and operational workflows. The clinical scope includes peripheral and venous interventions, with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) identified as the primary focus; May-Thurner syndrome and iliac vein stenting; venous ablation for varicose veins; IVC filter placements and removals; pelvic congestion syndrome embolization; uterine fibroid embolization; tumor embolization; kyphoplasty; select spine injections; port placements; and outpatient drainages and aspirations. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours, with no nights, weekends, or call. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and procedure-based incentive compensation, with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and partnership and equity opportunities. Comprehensive healthcare, retirement, and professional liability coverage are also offered.
