About The Position

We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a Locum Tenens position in Boise, ID. This role involves providing clinical coverage and call services in an acute care hospital setting. The coverage period is from January 4, 2027, ongoing, with a shift schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Call duties include night call Monday-Friday from 5 pm to 8 am, and 24-hour weekend call from Saturday 8 am to Sunday 8 am. This position is to supplement existing coverage.

Requirements

Board Certified (BC)
Valid ID or IMLC license
Minimum of 1 week per month coverage (Monday-Sunday, 7 consecutive days)
Proof of COVID vaccine

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including trauma embolization, pulmonary thrombectomy, and vascular stenting.
Provide night call coverage Monday–Friday from 5p to 8a and 24-hour weekend call (Sat/Sun).
Collaborate with the APP team of five Advanced Practice Providers to manage patient care and call burden.
Participate in diagnostic imaging interpretation and image-guided interventions as needed.
Maintain compliance with all credentialing, licensing, and vaccination requirements.
