About The Position

Knapp Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to meet growing community demand and expand access to minimally invasive therapies throughout the Rio Grande Valley. This position offers significant growth potential for a physician interested in building a robust interventional radiology practice with strong hospital support. The role involves building and expanding an advanced Interventional Radiology program, with an employed opportunity, established diagnostic imaging infrastructure, and growing demand for interventional procedures. There is an opportunity to develop advanced IR services with collaborative relationships with vascular surgery, oncology, cardiology, nephrology, and hospital medicine, supported by a strong administrative team and an excellent referral base.

Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
Eligible for Texas medical licensure

Nice To Haves

Experience with a broad range of vascular and non-vascular interventions preferred
