The Interventional Dry Eye Representative will be responsible for creating and executing strategic, sales-focused business plans for their assigned territory to drive sales and exceed revenue targets. This role involves managing the entire selling process, from initial contact to closing the sale, and providing in-office product evaluations. The representative will identify and build relationships with potential and existing customers, negotiate pricing, and effectively utilize clinical data in interactions. Accurate data entry and forecasting in CRM, implementation of marketing plans, and conducting quarterly business reviews with accounts are also key responsibilities. The role requires staying updated on dry eye technologies and trends, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting market access initiatives. Additionally, the representative will support company goals and objectives, maintain a professional image, and engage in coaching and development of other Sales Representatives through field rides and training.
