About The Position
A hospital-employed Interventional Cardiologist is needed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role offers a robust primary care referral base, state-of-the-art equipment and catheterization laboratories, and collaboration with a 45-physician cardiology team. The team includes advanced heart failure specialists, general cardiologists, vascular surgeons, cardiovascular surgeons, thoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, structural cardiologists, and electrophysiology partners. The position is based at a hospital with more than 200 beds. The hospital is a Level I Trauma Center, an Advanced Cardiac Center, an American College of Cardiology-accredited Chest Pain Center, and a Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center. Cincinnati is described as a large metropolitan city with a population of more than 302,000, a favorable cost of living, and excellent schools, along with riverfront parks, restaurants, shopping, sports, a zoo, and gardens.
