Interventional Cardiologist
About The Position
Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join the Heart and Vascular Institute. The role calls for a respectful physician who practices evidence-based medicine with a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Candidates recently out of fellowship are welcome to apply. The Heart and Vascular Institute’s board-certified physicians bring fellowship experience and additional training from leading programs. The team pursues continuing medical education, research, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes. LVHN offers access to advanced treatments and clinical trials, a multidisciplinary team, and more than 20 cardiology practices throughout the region. The network was the region’s first to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and is recognized as a center for complex mitral valve repair surgery. The position is onsite at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Pocono, with a day shift.
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- A valid Pennsylvania Medical License, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
- Practice evidence-based medicine with a collaborative and patient-centered approach.
