Intervention Teacher (Part-Time)
About The Position
Learn It Systems is seeking a Certified Teacher to work in K-8th grade classrooms, focusing on specialized areas such as art, music, physical education, health, family & consumer sciences, and technology education. Other sought-after positions include certified special educators, ESL teachers, and reading and math specialists or interventionists. This role involves being part of an educational team that creates exceptional learning experiences for children, working with a diverse student population both virtually and in person. The team collaborates with Non-Public Schools in Delaware County to deliver high-quality education services. Teachers will work closely with school personnel, program supervisors, school administrators, classroom teachers, and parents.
Requirements
- Valid State of Pennsylvania Primary or Secondary teaching certificate required
- Classroom teaching experience required
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have reliable internet and a working personal computer with updated software and web-camera
- Must have hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer
- Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with various educational technology platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility are preferred
- Must be a self-starter and complete basic tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Zoom/Meets, and other Ed Tech platforms
