About The Position

We’re seeking a collaborative professional to help lead these efforts and drive meaningful impact. As our Interregional Planning Advisor, you will lead key transmission planning activities tied to MISO’s interregional agreements and alternative studies. You’ll manage projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and partner across teams to enhance planning processes and outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Lead process and policy projects, developing and coordinating work plans related to interregional planning and cost allocation
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and external communications
  • Drive process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Prepare reports and insights for transmission owners, committees, state regulators, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, North American Electric Reliability Corporation, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate across internal teams including expansion planning, economic planning, and cost allocation
