About The Position

At PNC, the Business Experience and Planning Advisor role is within PNC's Distribution Operations - Centers of Excellence organization, based in Denver, CO. The advisor is responsible for implementing business planning processes, designing strategic plans based on forecasts, and providing improvement recommendations. They must understand business direction to develop solutions, roadmaps, and assess potential business impacts, identifying opportunities that add value and achieve business goals. The role also involves working with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy, and serving as a subject matter resource to influence best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Employees are expected to be customer-focused, understanding and leveraging customer needs for customized solutions, and adept at managing risk by adhering to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
  • Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
