As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's FRAUD ADMINISTRATION organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX. The Business Experience & Planning Advisor plays a key role in enabling strong execution within PNC’s Fraud Administration organization. This role translates strategy into action by strengthening operating discipline, driving cross‑functional initiatives, and embedding scalable ways of working that support effective fraud risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer experience outcomes. Experience supporting strategy execution, operating model development, or large‑scale initiatives within financial services preferred along with demonstrated capability to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to complex or ambiguous work. Responsibilities

  • Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
  • Executes key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes.
  • Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
  • Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
