As a Business Experience & Planning Specialist within PNC's Real Estate organization, you will be based in office within the posted job locations; other in office locations will be considered. An ideal candidate will have: • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and recommend practical solutions • Self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of assignments, and follow through with minimal oversight • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, recommendations, and updates to internal partners • Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to review large or complex sets of information and make sound business determinations • Adaptable and flexible, able to shift priorities and approaches based on evolving business or project needs • Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective planning and execution of initiatives • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across departments and functional areas • Demonstrated customer-focused approach, keeping internal and external customer needs at the forefront of decisions and recommendations • Solid understanding of risk management principles, with the ability to assess risk and apply appropriate controls in support of business objectives • Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practices, including a willingness to learn and apply new methodologies PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provides support and assistance for implementation and coordination of planning efforts for line of business initiatives.
  • Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
