Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college, university, technical, or vocational program, or a recent graduate
• Interest in horticulture, agriculture, business, technology, marketing, human resources, operations, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day departmental activities and strategic projects
• Partner with team members to solve challenges and improve processes
• Participate in cross-functional learning opportunities
• Analyze information, share recommendations, and contribute ideas
• Gain insight into the horticulture and nursery industry
• Develop professional skills through hands-on experience and mentorship
• Build relationships across the organization
