About The Position

Our Summer Internship Program gives college students an opportunity to explore career paths, gain practical experience, and contribute to meaningful work in a fast-paced manufacturing and business environment. Interns will learn how different areas of our organization work together while building professional skills and connections. For summer 2027, we are seeking interns in the following areas: Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement, Sales, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain & Purchasing, Data Analytics. During the approximately 12-week program, interns will participate in a combination of department-specific assignments, business exposure, professional development, and hands-on learning.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a degree related to the selected internship area
  • Available to work full-time for approximately 12 weeks during summer 2027
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with employees and leaders at different levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned department-specific projects
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information or data
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, charts, and presentations
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate with team members
  • Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations
  • Learn company processes, systems, and industry practices
  • Assist with department activities, events, or special projects
  • Follow company safety, food safety, confidentiality, and workplace policies
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
