About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic Global HR team, working alongside the Chief Human Resources Officer, Global HR Business Coordinator, Local HR Managers, Global Managers of Learning & Development, Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, Internal Communications, and Compensation & Benefits. You will be involved in Global HR projects related to the Global HR Strategy, participating in multiple projects across different business areas. Key activities include supporting HR Analytics for reporting people data and gaining insights, contributing to the Performance Review cycle, event management (like organizing international HR Away Days), developing professional presentations for Global HR meetings or the European Workers Council, and supporting the Global HR Business Coordinator with daily tasks such as preparing meetings, communication, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will also support projects in areas like Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Rewards & Recognition, and ESG/CSRD (social) activities. Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th year Bachelor’s student, or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in an HR-, Psychology-, or Business-related study.
  • Available for a minimum of 4 days a week (thesis internship is possible).
  • Able to come to Hilversum 3 days a week.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A quick learner who enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
  • Comfortable working with AI-based tools and sensitive data, with a good understanding of confidentiality, data privacy, and responsible use.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Available for 5 months starting in September 2026.
  • Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
  • Must be an EU citizen, on a Family/Partner visa, or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands who meets specific curriculum or university agreement requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • An extra language is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva, Lucidchart or similar.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Global HR projects related to the Global HR Strategy.
