This internship offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic Global HR team, working alongside the Chief Human Resources Officer, Global HR Business Coordinator, Local HR Managers, Global Managers of Learning & Development, Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager, Internal Communications, and Compensation & Benefits. You will be involved in Global HR projects related to the Global HR Strategy, participating in multiple projects across different business areas. Key activities include supporting HR Analytics for reporting people data and gaining insights, contributing to the Performance Review cycle, event management (like organizing international HR Away Days), developing professional presentations for Global HR meetings or the European Workers Council, and supporting the Global HR Business Coordinator with daily tasks such as preparing meetings, communication, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will also support projects in areas like Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Rewards & Recognition, and ESG/CSRD (social) activities.
